Jeanne Murtaugh
Jeanne L. Murtaugh is a Director of BNY ConvergEx Group, LLC, a leading firm in agency brokerage and investment technology solutions and Vice Chairman of BNY ConvergEx Execution Solutions. BNY ConvergEx Group was formerly BNY Securities Group, the wholly-owned brokerage subsidiary of the Bank of New York. Ms. Murtaugh joined The Bank of New York in 1997 through the acquisition of BNY Brokerage where she was a lead principal and served as Vice Chairman and a Director of the Company since 1988. She began her career at J.P. Morgan, then served in various management positions at Wachovia Bank where she established the Bank’s retail brokerage business and global custody services, and subsequently at Morgan Stanley & Co. through its ESI subsidiary. Ms. Murtaugh has played a pivotal role in strategies and technologies which address the equity markets, developing one of the first electronic trading and connectivity platforms, as well as creating the models for commission management and independent research for BNY Securities Group; now BNY ConvergEx. She is active in various financial services groups and several not-for-profit associations.

Eric Goldberg
Eric Goldberg is the Chief Executive Office and a founder of Portware, a leading developer of broker-neutral, automated portfolio trading software for global equities, futures, options and FX for the financial industry.  Whether running a trading desk or launching a financial technology firm, Eric Goldberg has been an active participant on the front lines of electronic trading for almost 20 years. Throughout his career, Mr. Goldberg has held a variety of senior level positions at buy-side and sell-side firms, running desks specializing in index, portfolio and derivatives trading. Mr. Goldberg also holds significant expertise in system development, architecture and functionality. In January 2000, he left trading to form Portware. Since its inception, Portware has established itself as the leading algorithmic-based trade management system in the industry. Since the system’s introduction, more than 100 firms worldwide have selected Portware as their primary system for trade management.

Howard J. Schwartz
Recognized throughout his distinguished career as an industry leader and product innovator, Howard J. Schwartz has close to 40 years experience in the financial services industry . Mr. Schwartz joined Lynch, Jones & Ryan (LJR) in the early 1970s, where he was instrumental in the introduction of such innovations as the Institutional Brokers Estimate System (“I/B/E/S”) and many of the first independent research products used by institutional investors. For its leading position in the soft dollar (independent research) business, LJR would be acquired by Citicorp in 1986. It was during this period that Mr. Schwartz -- in his dual roles as Senior VP/General Manager of LJR’s Plan Sponsor Services Division and Senior Vice President of Global Sales -- first conceived and introduced pension fund commission recapture programs. After leading a leveraged buy-out of LJR from Citicorp, Mr. Schwartz would become President/CEO of LJR, serving in that capacity -- along with the addition of Chairmanship responsibilities, until he retired from the firm in 2002. Under Howard’s leadership, LJR maintained consistent profitability, growing from revenues of $27 million to over $150 million with over 1600 global clients. Following the sale of LJR to Instinet in 2000, Mr. Schwartz served as Executive Vice President of Instinet, where he lead global research sales and directed brokerage activities.  Mr. Schwartz also founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Harborview, LLC, a NYSE member until 2002 when Instinet also acquired that firm. Mr. Schwartz is a respected industry speaker, and has held leadership positions with numerous key industry organizations.  Mr. Schwartz served in an advisory capacity or on the boards of a several companies including: Chairman/CEO of Tradeware Global, Director of Vie Financial Group, Director and Senior Advisor to Advanced Financial Applications, Director of Stonehenge Inc. and Director of Starmine Inc.

Tom Troy
For 30 years, Tom Troy has been a prominent voice within the financial industry. Mr. Troy most recently retired from a 21 year career at Merrill Lynch where he was a member of the Merrill Lynch & Co. Executive Management Committee and headed the Securities Services Division as a Senior Vice President.  Mr. Troy was responsible for the firm’s $1.4 billion Global Services Division consisting of 2,000 employees around the world and included Global Prime Brokerage, Broadcort Clearing Corp., ML Professional Clearing, Global Securities Lending, and Financial Futures and Options.  Prior to that,  Mr. Troy was a Managing Director and Head of Equities for the Americas from 1999 to 2001 and from 1996 to 1999 was based in London where he was Head of Equities for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. In both positions, he was responsible for primary and secondary Sales, Trading, and Capital Markets activities across all cash and derivative products in these regions. In each role, he managed businesses representing over $3 billion in revenues and 1,500 in personnel.  Mr. Troy continues to actively advise and serve within the business and philanthropic communities today.

Michael Maher
Mr. Maher brings over 40 years of Wall Street investment experience to InfoExchange, Inc.  Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Merrill Lynch.  Prior to that, Mr. Maher served as Senior Vice President of Lehman Brothers, after the sale of the firm he founded, Capital Investment International, to Lehman.  Mr. Maher also served as Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors of Morgan Grenfeld, C.J. Lawrence, where he spent two decades which culminated in managing the firm’s merger and integration into Deutsche Bank. Mr. Maher is Chairman of the Board of Pomeroy Capital as well as serving  on a number of other  boards including:  The Gregorian University Foundation, the largest University in Rome; LMS Medical; First Responders Financial.  An avid  pianist, Mr. Maher also serves as Vice Chairman of a New Jersey based symphony.

Mark Donahoe
Mark Donahoe currently serves as the President of Donahoe Capital, LLC. Most recently, Mr. Donohoe served as senior managing director and head of Equity Trading at Piper Jaffray, where he had overall responsibility for the company’s equity execution services businesses, including the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq trading, algorithmic and program trading, as well as convertible sales and trading. Mr. Donahoe was a key member of the Piper Jaffray trading team since 1985 and served on the firm’s operating committee from 2003 to 2006. He has also held numerous positions in associations related to the securities industry and is a past president of the Minnesota Securities Dealers Association (MSDA) as well as a board member of the Business Economic Education Foundation (BEEF). Mr. Donahoe also served as trustee for the Securities Industry Foundation for Economic Education (SIFFEE). Mr. Donahoe is frequently quoted as a markets expert in national print and broadcast media including the Wall Street Journal, CNN and CNBC.

Kathleen A. Corbet  (Provisional Bio)
Kathleen A. Corbet is the founder and principal of Cross Ridge Capital, LLC, a firm specializing in private investing and strategic consulting. Ms. Corbet has over 25 years in global leadership experience in the financial services industry most recently as President of Standard & Poor's (S&P) from 2004-2007 and previously at Alliance Bernstein L.P. where she served as Executive Vice President and CEO of the Alliance Fixed Income division.
